Classes

My classes are designed for those who don't necessarily feel comfortable in a gym environment, for those of us who are maybe a little self conscious but we are also open to everyone.

I believe that exercise should be accessible and affordable for everyone. 

Our classes are a 45-minute full-body workouts that include strength training, cardio, and stretching.

Each workout will help you improve your fitness levels, lose weight, tone & sculpt your entire body and you'll feel amazing improvements in your energy levels too!

  Classes are £5 per class    or block book 10 classes                 for £40*

*Classes must be used within 12 weeks of purchase

Chair-Based Exercises

Our Chair-Based Exercise Classes are specially designed to help older adults and those with limited mobility improve strength, flexibility, balance, and circulation in a safe and supportive environment.

Whether you're recovering from illness or injury, living with a long-term condition, or simply looking for a gentle way to keep moving, our seated sessions offer all the benefits of regular exercise – without the strain.

Low-impact, joint-friendly movements

Exercises to improve posture, coordination, and muscle tone

Light resistance training using bands or small hand weights

Breathing and relaxation techniques to support mental wellbeing

A fun, social atmosphere with music and encouragement throughout

Older adults, people living with Dementia, those with reduced mobility or balance concerns and Carers looking for a safe activity to do together


Staying active helps maintain independence, boosts mood, and supports better sleep and heart health – and it’s never too late to start. These sessions are ideal for building confidence and maintaining functional fitness for everyday tasks like walking, dressing, and reaching.

1-2-1 and 1-2-2 Training

Our 1-2-1 personal training sessions are 60 minutes long. This includes 50 minutes of targeted exercise, catered to meet your body transformation goals, plus a 10 minute recovery session

1-2-1 personal training is perfect for those who really want to improve their fitness and target certain area's of the body. Whatever your goal, we will focus your hour on you giving your very best, both mentally and physically, in order to achieve the best results.

We specialise in adapting exercises and routines to every individual requirement and will help transform not just your body but also your mental attitude towards training. 

Recovery is an important part of every workout and is widely overlooked in the industry.  That's why we make sure every session is finished with the necessary treatment to allow efficient recovery.

If you don't feel confident with 1-2-1 training or want to split the cost, then I am happy to consider 1-2-2 training. Please get in touch and we can discuss all the options.

1-2-1 or Training is £30 and 1-2-2 training is £50 per session and must be paid at least 24 hours in advance*

*If less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, unfortunately no refund will be given.
